Manish Tewari slams AAP Govt for delay in payment of salaries
Anandpur Sahib MP and former Union Minister Manish Tewari took a jibe at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)government of the Punjab saying that what can be expected of development from such a government, which is unable to pay salaries to its employees on time.
Tiwari was addressing gatherings at village Malikpur, Alampur, Bilawalpur, Dakala, Lodi Majra, Thali Kalan, Beganpura(Ghanauli) and Dasmedh Nagar Colony (Ghanauli) after distributing grants of RS 29 lakh to the villages for various development works. He said that the development should be at the grassroots level, not just a show through big advertisements.
Tiwari reiterated his commitment for the development of the Anandpur Sahib Lok Sabha constituency. He said that the paucity of funds would not be allowed to become a hindrance in the path of development in the light and especially the shortcomings of basic facilities were being addressed on priority basis.
