Missing child handed over to the parents within a week

District Child Protection Office Rupnagar handed over the missing child to her parents within a week. Giving this information District Child Protection Officer Rajinder Kaur said that on August 26 a child named Rohan was found at Nangal Railway Station.
Rajinder Kaur said that the child was counseled by the District Child Protection Office and sent to the Children’s Home for Boys Ludhiana as per the order of the Child Welfare Committee Rupnagar. A counseling report was called for from the home by District Child Protection. In which the child said that he had reached Nangal by train from village Tilda, post office Neveran Chhattisgarh. The unit coordinated with the Chhattisgarh Police after which the parents of the children were searched.
The District Child Protection Officer said that today this child has been handed over to his parents and relatives.
Child welfare committee chairperson Jaspinder Kaur, Akanksha Sharma, Gagan Sharma, Manish Ahuja, Maninder Kaur, Gurdeep Kaur, Priya were present on this occasion.
