National Yogasana Coaches Training Program 2025 Underway at NS NIS, Patiala

The National Yogasana Coaches Training Program, organized by Yogasana Bharat, is currently underway at the National Sports Institute (NS NIS), Patiala. The program has witnessed the active participation of 150 trainee coaches from various states and Union Territories of India.

The training sessions, led by national and international coaches, focus on micro-level training to prepare expert coaches committed to developing Yogasana sports athletes and advancing the future of this discipline in India.

The program is being conducted under the guidance of Yogacharya Dr. Jaideep Arya, Secretary General of World Yogasana and Yogasana Bharat, and Shri Rachit Kaushik, Treasurer of Yogasana Bharat and Director of its Education and Training Committee.

During the program, a core committee meeting of the Punjab Yogasana Sports Association (PYSA) was held, chaired by Yogacharya Dr. Jaideep Arya and Dr. Akalkala, President of PYSA. In the meeting, plans were announced to organize a preparatory yoga camp for the upcoming 38th National Games in Almora, Uttarakhand.

This training program aims to strengthen the foundation of Yogasana sports, with a focus on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through a structured regimen. Athletes interested in participating in the camp can register by contacting the PYSA Secretary.
