Pharmacy College Bela celebrates Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial (Autonomous) College of Pharmacy Bela is participating in ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to mark 75 years of Independence as part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
In an event organised, President Pharmacy college Dr. Bhag Singh Bola and Director Dr. Shailesh Sharma unfurled the Tricolour on the college campus.
Motivating the students to hoist the Tricolour at their houses, Dr. Bola said that on the call of Prime Minister, the national flag will be hoisted at houses across the country under the ‘Har GharTiranga’ campaign to be celebrated from August 13 to 15.
Event co-ordinator Prof. Amanpreet Kaur brief about the program to the students. College also organized various events like song competition, slogan writing, essay writing and rangoli competition on this occasion. More than 100 students participated in the various events. In the last Dr. Shailesh Sharma appealed to students and teachers to hoist the flag on their house and take active participation in the Mahotsav.
