PSPCL celebrates 77th Independence Day

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has celebrated 77th Independence Day celebrations with great zeal and enthusiasm. Er. Baldev Singh Sran CMD PSPCL unfurled the national flag on the occasion and took the guard of honour from a team of vigilance and security wing of the PSPCL.
Speaking on the occasion Er. Baldev Singh Sran said that the real tribute to the freedom fighters who have sacrificed their lives for freedom of India, would be to perform our duties honestly and with utmost sincerity.
CMD expressed full satisfaction with the great achievements and implementation of different schemes for the welfare of power consumers of the state. He also appreciated the efforts of officers and employees for the achievements and proper implementation of various consumers friendly schemes. He said that PSPCL has met its all time highest ever peak demand of 15325 MW on June 23,2023. He said that 8 hours regular power supply is being given to agricultural consumers during the paddy season without imposing any power cut on any category of consumers.
On the occasion director of the PSPCL Er. Paramjeet Singh director generation, Er.DPS Grewal director distribution, Er. Ravinder Singh Saini director Commercial, CA S.K.Beri director Finance , Jasbir Singh Sursingh director administration , number of HODs, SEs, and large number of PSPCL employees also attended the function.
PSPCL celebrates 77th Independence Day. On this occasion outstanding employees of the PSPCL were also honoured. A colorful cultural program was also presented on the occasion. Gopal Sharma under secretary PR conducted the stage in a impressive manner.
