PSPCL clarifies on tariff applicable to Paying Guest accommodations

Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) has clarified to all of its field staff, enforcement , audit wing that” as per Punjab State electricity regulatory commission (PSERC) directions, paying Guest accommodation using electricity for domestic / residential purposes be treated as Domestic Service (DS) category.
PSPCL gave this clarification, after getting queries from its field staff to know the applicable rates to Paying Guest accommodations, as they are doing business from their residences.
