Punjab government adjusted senior IAS officer after four days of retirement

Punjab government has appointed R.Venkat Ratnam, IAS of 1990 Batch, who was Additional Chief Secretary, posted with the Jails department, retired on November 30,2020, as the director General of the Lead agency of the Punjab State Road Safety Council.
K.siva Prasad IAS, Principal Secretary, Government of Punjab, Department of Transport has issue the orders of R.Venkat Ratnam, IAS of 1990 Batch (Retired), as the director General of the Lead agency of the Punjab State Road Safety Council.
R.Venkat Ratnam, IAS of 1990 Batch (Retired) has assumed the charge , as the director General of the Lead agency of the Punjab State Road Safety Council in the fore noon itself.
