Punjab govt has started registration for World Skills Competition to be held in China

The Punjab Government has started the registration process through the Punjab Skill Development Mission for youngsters to take part in World Skill Competition-2021 to be held in Shanghai (China).

Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner SAS Nagar Girish Daylan said that “Punjab govt has started registration for World Skills Competition to be held in China. The state government will conduct Punjab Skill Competition-2020 for its youths to sharpen their skills and ready them to face the challenges in the World Skill Competition 2021. These competitions will be held at the district level, then state and national level and national level champions will be eligible to participate in the World Skills Competition-2021.”

“Any youngster, born after January 1, 1999 can participate in district level competitions by choosing any subject out of total 44 trades”, he said.
