Punjabi University organised Free Multispeciality health checkup camp

To commemorate the Death Anniversary of Bhai Ghaniyaji ( Manav Sewa Sankalp Diwas) , Bhai Ghaniya Health Centre , Punjabi University, Patiala organised a Free Multispeciality Camp at UGC Guest House on 20th Sept, 2023.
Various specialised doctors visited the camp and provided free consultation in the Camp.
Lt. Col.(Retd) H.S. Brar, Senior Neurosurgeon from Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr.Arun Kochar ,Senior Cardiologist from Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr .Dharmender Aggarwal, Urologist from Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Dr. Nitin Singla, Psychiatrist from NITIN’s Mind care Clinic , Patiala, Dr .Hemant Bansal, Orthopaedic Surgeon from Bansal Jointline Hospital, Patiala, Dr .JPS Sodhi, Ophthalmologist from Sodhi Eye Hospital, Patiala checked the employees, faculty members, their family members and provided free consultation to them in the Camp.
The Camp was inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor, Punjabi University, Patiala, Prof Arvind. Registrar Dr Navjot Kaur ; Dean Academics Dr Ashok Tiwari ;Finance Officer, Dr Parmod Agarwal and other dignitaries also attended the Camp.
Speaking on the occasion the Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts made by the Senior Medical Officer, Dr Regina Maini and the staff of Health Centre in organising the Camp.
He said Health centre is working very proactively in providing the Health Services to the Punjabi University Family and it is a good initiative to bring super specialists and specialist of various departments under one roof and it will be highly beneficial for the Faculty, staff ,their families and the students.
Punjabi University organised Free Multispeciality health checkup camp. Speaking on the occasion Dr Regina Maini, Senior Medical Officer said about 300 patients got themselves checked in the Camp, She thanked all the doctors and Dr Ajinder Singh ,Manager Corporate relations Fortis Hospital , Mohali.
She thanked the Vice Chancellor ,Prof Arvind for the encouragement and support. She also thanked Registrar, Dr Navjot Kaur ;Dean Academics, Dr Ashok Tiwari; Finance Officer, Dr Parmod Agarwal and Director UGC ASC, Dr Manuruchi for the support.
