RIMT University VC to Coordinate ACD Ministerial Meeting at Doha Qatar

RIMT University Punjab is the part of ACD(Asian Cooperation Dialogue) Ministerial Meeting that held in Doha during April 30th to May 3,2019. The official delegation led by Gen VK Singh (Retd), Minister of State for External Affairs. The Vice Chancellor of RIMT University Dr A S Chawla were the part of the delegation and steer the coordination for the signing of MOU on ACD-MBA from Indian side, during the ACD Ministerial meeting in Doha.The other participating nations are Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Qatar, Bahrain, South Korea and China.
RIMT University has been closely working with 13 nations in Asian Region for promotion of Management EducationProgram focused on Asian region. During last two years, meetings were held in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Qatar in which Vijayant Bansal, Pro Chancellor and Dr A.S.Chawla Vice Chancellor participated. During these meetings the Asian Universities Network have worked on common curricula and credit transfer system to be followed amongst the partner institutions.The signing during Ministerial meeting will conclude the two years proceedings and shall be the beginning of new age Business Administration program.

Deliberating on the details of the agenda Dr Chawla hoped that the initiative of the Asian countries will promote quality management education with affordable means keeping in view the financials of Indian/Asian students.
