Six-Week In-House Industrial Training on AI & Cyber Security at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University

The Department of Computer Science at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University organized a six-week In-House Industrial Training on Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security. The training was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Navdeep Kaur, Dean Research and Dr. Sheenam Malhotra, Training Incharge of Computer Science Engineering Department. As a part of the initiative, two reputed companies were invited to deliver expert sessions and hands-on learning experiences. For Cyber Security, Techlive Solutions, Mohali, and for Artificial Intelligence, Ansh InfoTech, Ludhiana were engaged.
The training was conducted for the students of MCA, B.Tech., and BCA. To further enhance their overall development, personality development classes were also conducted.
As a part of the training outcomes, students designed and presented innovative projects based on the skills they acquired.

All the participating students were awarded certificates, and the top three project teams were specially recognized and honored with trophies. In Cyber Security,first prize was bagged by Sahibjot Singh (B.Tech 7th sem) for his project Dead Terminus, second prize went to Mishty Giri (B.Tech 5th sem) for Secure Bug Bounty Portal and third prize wa won by Mehramjot Kaur (B.Tech 5th sem) for Vulneravault – The Vulnerability Playground Lab.Consolation prize was awarded to Avneet Kaur (B.Tech 7th sem) for Bug Bound. In Artificial Intelligence, first prize was awarded to Amritpal Kaur for her project on Credit Card Fraud Detection, second to Rehmat Singh (BCA 5th sem) for Brain Tumor Detection and third prize went to Prabhleen Kaur (BCA 3rd sem) for Mood2Music/CookMate AI.
