Special lecture by Dr Regina Maini for Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) students

Department of Education and Community Service, Punjabi University, Patiala in its ongoing Induction Programme for Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) students , organised an interactive session by Dr Regina Maini ,Senior Medical Officer, Punjabi University, Patiala.
Dr Regina shared her views on Health and Well being where she shared simple methods and life style changes for a healthy and fulfilling life.
Dr Regina Maini said everyone must take care of his/ her health, everyone should have nutritious diet, proper sleep and good exercise regularly.
Every student/ person must be strong to face any kind of situation in life. She said one should work hard and then leave the rest on Almighty.
Dr Jagpreet Kaur, Head of the Department thanked Dr Regina Maini for guiding the students to remain healthy and fine.
The lecture was attended by the faculty, scholars and the under graduate, graduate and post graduate students of the Department.
