SSP Patiala demanded request for transfer from its subordinate staff

Newly appointed senior superintendent of police (SSP) Patiala Dr Sandeep Garg has demanded a request for transfer from the officials posted in Patiala district.
In an order addressed to all the GO’s, SHO’s, incharge CIA units, Chowki Incharge, CPRC branch, incharge Traffic units, RI, MTO Police lines, PCR, PO staff, highway patrolling, recruitment cell , summon staff, women counseling cell, control room, traffic education cell etc has asked them to inform the Punjab police personnel’s working with , under them to apply for their transfers, with place of posting options. He also asked the staff to give 2 options, if they want to stay at their place of postings.
As per superintendent of police (SP) (HQ) Dr Simrat Kaur‘ the district police has initiated a process and demanded the willingness from constable to inspector level officers. After receiving their willingness , the district police will decide further course of action.”
