Toughest election for Preneet Kaur; dependent on BJP as family members are missing from her election campaign

The energetic election campaign for the seventh and last phase of Lok Sabha polls will conclude at 6 pm on Thursday, May 30,2024.
This election seems to be one of the toughest elections for BJP Patiala candidate Preneet Kaur in her entire political career. In this election, she is missing the cooperation she was getting from her family, friends, well wishers, followers as she was getting in her earlier elections, when she had fought the elections on Congress ticket.
Her daughter Jai Inder Kaur is the only member of Royal Family who has been handling her mother’s election campaign, political affairs of the family as she had played an instrumental role in campaigning for her parents during previous parliamentary and state general assembly elections.
“Earlier Preneet Kaur’s son, daughter-in-law, daughter, son-in-law, brothers, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws all used to manage her elections. But, this year Preneet Kaur is feeling helpless as her campaign is managed by herself and her few close associates as her brother had expired, her daughter-in-law has left the family, her brother-in-law/ sister-in-law are not having good terms with her. As per available information, her husband Capt Amarinder Singh is not feeling well and her son Raninder Singh is looking after his father. So, this election is the toughest election of Preneet Kaur” said Vinod , a Patiala parliamentary constituency leader from her previous party.
He added that “earlier party leaders like Ved Parkash Gupta, Hardial Kamboj, Lal Singh, Brahm Mohindra, Madan Lal Jalalpur, KK Sharma, Sanjeev Garg, Vishnu Sharma, Kaka Randeep Singh, Dr Nar Bhadaur Verma, Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, Yoginder Singh Yogi, Kishan Chand Budhu etc all worked with dedication for her win. Her supporters list is endless. But, after she had switched her loyalty to BJP, only a few of her close aides had also shifted their loyalty like KK Sharma, KK Malhotra, Sanjeev Sharma Bittu with her. Rest most of the leaders are still with the congress. This has dented her winning prospect.”
Another leader added that “she failed to take along with her the core BJP leaders, workers of Patiala parliamentary constituency. This might setback her plans .”
This is going to be first time that scion of erstwhile Patiala family, Capt Amarinder Singh has not campaigned for a single day for her wife Preneet Kaur. Even, he failed to be with her when she filed her nomination papers.
Even, former Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh, 82, has been missing from the BJP’s campaign in the state during the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. He is the star campaigner of the BJP for Punjab
Prime Minister Narendra Modi , union minister Hardip Puri, Gajendra Shekhawat ,chief minister Pushakar Singh Dhami etc had campaigned for Preneet Kaur who is contesting on the BJP’s ticket from Patiala.
Toughest election for Preneet Kaur; dependent on BJP as family members are missing from her election campaign. Meanwhile, she couldn’t be contacted for her comments on this issue.
