As part of its commitment to empower grassroot talent, Trident Group, under the visionary leadership of its Chairman Emeritus Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta, has extended financial and institutional support to rising Indian boxing talent Pooja Rani, whose journey embodies resilience, determination, and an unyielding fighting spirit.

Despite these hardships, her perseverance and dedication enabled her to achieve significant success at the state and national levels.

Her notable achievements include a gold medal at the National Championship in Ranchi (2023), a silver medal at the National Championship in Chhattisgarh (2025)two silver medals at the Punjab State Games (Khedan Watan Punjab Dian), and a gold medal at the Federation State Championship.

Although her accomplishments have earned her recognition, financial constraints limited her opportunities to compete internationally. Recognizing her potential, Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta , Chairman Emeritus of Trident Group, awarded her a financial grant of Rs 1,00,000 and pledged continued sponsorship to support her future in boxing.
