University Business School, GNDU, organized skill-based workshop on “Interview Hacks: How to crack interview successfully”

The Academic Committee of the University Business School (UBS), Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, successfully organized a skill-based workshop titled “Interview Hacks” to empower students with practical strategies for cracking interviews confidently and professionally.
The session was conducted under the visionary leadership of Dr. Karamjeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, Guru Nanak Dev University, whose continuous guidance inspire the skill-oriented initiatives in the university.
The workshop featured Nitin Aggarwal, Director of Career Launcher Educate Ltd., as the esteemed resource person. He shared valuable insights on mastering interview techniques, emphasizing the importance of consistent self-improvement, focused preparation, and refined communication skills in achieving career success.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Pavleen Soni, Head of the UBS Department. Dr. Jasveen Kaur, In-charge of the Academic Committee and Coordinator of this workshop eloquently underscored the relevance of skill enhancement programs in bridging the gap between academic knowledge and corporate expectations and highlighted the significance of such initiatives in shaping future leaders.

Dr. Dilpreet Kaur, Co-Incharge of the Academic Committee and Co-coordinator of the workshop, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Nitin Aggarwal for accepting the invitation and sharing his expertise.With over 100 enthusiastic participants, the session proved to be highly interactive and insightful.
The Academic Committee members efficiently coordinated the workshop and envisioned to host more workshops in future for students’ skill development gearing them for the VUCA world.
