Vice chancellor of Punjabi university Patiala has deputed Prof Trishanjeet Kaur as the new director of Constituent colleges, for one year and Dr Kulpinder Sharma, producer, as the new officiating director of Educational Multi Media Research Centre (EMRC), till the regular director joins.
