Water supply to remain shut for two days in Rupnagar

Municipal Council Rupnagar executive officer Amandeep Singh informed that the supply of drinking water will remain shut for two days in Rupnagar town due to technical problem in sewage disposal at Hargobind Nagar.
He said that technical problem in the disposal, led to rising up of sewage water up to all the motors In view of this the water supply has been stopped.
He appealed to the people that in view of the technical problem, the use of water in the houses should be kept to a minimum.
