World University Physics student achieved success at Harvard and Loyola University in the USA

Another golden page has been added to the glorious achievements of the Physics Department of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib. Sharing information, Dr. Tejbir Singh said that thanks to the excellent training received under the guidance of Dr. BirBikram Singh and other faculty members, Dr. Mandeep Kaur has flown flags of success at Harvard University and the Loyola University in the United States. He said that Dr. Kaur made her name in the Department of Physics at the World University, surpassing international students at the Harvard University and enrolled in a course in medical physics. Dr. BirBikram Singh, Dean Alumni, said that Dr. Kaur has been selected as a Research Scientist at Loyola University, a renowned medical institute in the United States, before completing her prestigious medical physics course at the Harvard University.

Dr. Mandeep Kaur while expressing her happiness said that the World University has played tremendous role in her academic as well as professional success. She also expressed heart felt gratitude for her brother Narinder Singh for supporting her staunchly during different stages of life and hard times. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Prit Pal Singh, Dean Academic Affairs Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Billing and Dean Research Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma congratulated the Department of Physics on this unprecedented achievement. Dr. Prit Pal Singh said that it is a matter of great pride that the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D., students of Physics Department are earning name not only in India but also in different parts of the world like U.K., New Zealand, Canada and the United States, etc. due to their meticulous training and talent.
