3 IAS transferred in Punjab; govt rectifies its gaffe in today’s order

Punjab government has issue a transfer orders of 3 senior IAS officers.
In today’s order, senior IAS officer Gurkirat Kirpal Singh of 2001 batch has been given the charge of secretary, tourism and cultural affairs, relieving Tejveer Singh, IAS of the additional charge.
Whereas, in its order on October 11,2022 the state government has deputed Gurkirat Kirpal Singh as secretary, tourism and cultural affairs against a vacant post.
Means, in its order dated October 11,2022, Gurkirat Kirpal Singh , available for posting was given the charge of secretary, tourism and cultural affairs against a vacant post and after four days the state government is issuing orders “Gurkirat Kirpal Singh of 2001 batch has been given the charge of secretary, tourism and cultural affairs, relieving Tejveer Singh, IAS of the additional charge.”
Which means, the government don’t know that Tejveer Singh is holding the charge of secretary, tourism and cultural affairs when the state govt orders Gurkirat Kirpal Singh postings order on October 11,2022.
Gurkirat Kirpal Singh was transferred on September 26,2022 and was given a fresh posting orders after 15 days.
