Six senior Punjab IAS, IPS, and PCS officers retired today

In the month of March, six Punjab IAS, IPS, and PCS officers retired.

Three IAS officers—Anurag Aggarwal, J.M. Balamurgan, and Bhupinder Singh-II—retired today after attaining the age of 60 years. Aggarwal, of the 1990 batch, is presently on central deputation. J.M. Balamurgan, of the 1994 batch, is currently posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Defence Services Welfare, Punjab. Bhupinder Singh-II, of the 2012 batch, retired from the post of Special Secretary.

One IPS officer, Gurdial Singh, also retired today after attaining the age of 60. He was posted as IG, Intelligence, Punjab.

Two PCS officers, Subhash Chander and Rakesh Kumar, retired today after attaining the age of 58 years.
