2 Ludhiana threatre artistes today performed in Mumbai

We all know how COVID 19 pandemic affected almost everyone and artistes weren’t immune to it either. With all the theatre productions and shoots coming to a halt, almost all the actors everywhere around the work instantly became out of work but finally the theatre spaces are opening up again and the actors can see a ray of bright light.
Nikhil Verma and Amitoj both hail from Ludhiana and have earlier worked together in several theatre productions in Chandigarh. These city boys have decided to work together again after a long time in 2 one-act plays which they performed today (March 21, 2021) at Veda Factory in Mumbai. These one-act plays are ‘Dead Men Walking’ by Ali Keller and ‘Lonesome’ by Steve Yockey. These plays were staged in Mumbai back-to-back.

Having worked together and being friends for a very long time gives them an added benefit of having that ease with each other as scene partners. They both cannot help but share their excitement of being able to bring these beautiful plays alive.
These two plays ‘Dead Man Walking’ and ‘Lonesome’ talk about human relationships, disturbed families and their impact on relationships with each other and much more.
