Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandak Committee has invited applications for the position of Vice Chancellor of Sri Guru Granth sahib world University, Fatehgarh Sahib, after five member committee formed by the SGPC, failed to select a visionary, qualified, renowned academician for the post of Vice Chancellor of Sri Guru Granth sahib world University, Fatehgarh Sahib. In the month of May, SGPC formed a committee to select the VC, but committee failed to find any suitable candidate for this coveted post, even after the expiry of around 40 days. The post of VC, fell vacant after Dr. Gurmohan Singh Walia resigned and joined as VC at Khalsa University, Amritsar.
