Conman arrested for defrauding congress activist after SAD leader raised issue

Patiala police arrested Varinder Kumar @ Boby Sirswal s/o Pyara Lal r/o Guru Nanak Nagar near Bakeman Factory Patiala on the charges committing fraud, on the pretext of providing them jobs.
Rakesh Tandon, Savinder Singh Chadda and others lodged a complaint with Patiala police about the fraud committed by Varinder Kumar @ Boby Sirswal, on the pretext of providing them jobs.
Patiala police registered a FIR number 269, at police station civil lines, Patiala on September,22,2020 under section 406 (for criminal breach of trust) , 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) , 120 B ( criminal conspiracy ) IPC against Varinder Kumar @ Boby Sirswal and arrested him today near Sunrise Motel, on Sirhind Road, Patiala.
Earlier, this week shiromani akali dal urban president Harpal Juneja held a press conference and raised the issue of Boby Sirswal , a congress leader, who is committing fraud and leveled the allegations that local politicians, police is protecting him.
In the SAD leader Harpal Juneja’s press conference Savinder Singh Chadda ,who is a congress leader inform the media that “Boby Sirswal , who is a general secretary of district congress committee had taken Rs 15 lacs from him to got her daughter adjusted as AAG in Punjab government. Her daughter is an advocate is now perusing her Ph.D . On asking why he is raising his voice on his opponent shiromani akali dal leaders platform, as he is also a congress activist, Chadha alleged that “no body in the administration is paying any heed to his complaint. Then I approached Harpal Juneja, to raise the issue , as he is in opposition .” Chadha informed the media that “his office on Sirhind road, near Hemkunt petrol pump was thrice made the election office of the ruling party for lok sabha’s election.”
Similarly Rakesh Tandon another congress activist raised serious concern over the functioning of Patiala police in the said press conference, as Boby Sirswal also defrauded him, using his marriage palace-Khoobsurat Palace for his personnel, fraud activities.
