Sangrur and didn’t get their Provident Fund dues, to file a claim. The EPFO, Regional office , Bathinda started a inquiry under section 7-A of the EPF & MP Act 1952 against the establishment of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal in Distt Sangrur.
The inquiry is regarding the non deposit of dues in respect of certain employees/ workers who worked in the institute for the period 1994-95 to 2013-2014. The EPFO has asked “ If anyone has worked with the above said establishment or by or through any contractor during the period 1994-95 to 2013-14 and his /her PF dues which has not been deposited or less deposited may contact Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation, regional Office, Bathinda, along with documentary evidence of his/her service /salary detail”
