Importance of World Book Day depicted through pictorial visuals at law department GNDU’s Regional Campus Jalandhar

On 23rd April 2024 , The Department of Laws, Guru Nanak Dev University, Regional Campus, Jalandhar under the patronage of Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Jaspal Singh Sandhu, guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Rupam Jagota{Associate Dean- A.A. & S.W.} and Dr. Varinder Singh(Head-Department of Laws) celebrated the World Book Day 2024.
Adv. Harpreet Singh Sandhu {Former Addl. Advocate General of Punjab and Haryana High Court} presented a Pictorial Visual Book depicting the theme “Read your way 2024”. He also presented his various books on Legal Comparative Studies and took unique initiative in promoting social cause through his pictorial work.
A book titled “Principles of Administrative Law” authored by Dr. Vanita Khanna and Dr. Komal Krishan Mehta was also unveiled by the esteemed guest. On the occasion, Dr. DeepKamal Kaur Randhava(Head-Dept. Of Engineering and Technology), Dr. Namrata Joshi(Head-Dept. Of Journalism),Dr. Nirmala Devi, Dr. Inderpreet Kaur Narang, Dr. Mona Goel along with other faculty members and students were present.
