IET BHADDAL Technical Campus Hotel Management Students Impress in Cookery Show

The Hotel Management students showcased their culinary talents in a recent cookery event held at campus. The event, which was attended by Campus Director, Principal and culinary staff as Judge, saw the students whipping up a storm in the kitchen.
The students were tasked with creating unique and innovative dishes under a strict time limit and they didn’t disappoint the judges. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the students’ creativity and skill.
The cookery event helped the students gain valuable experience in working under pressure and perfecting their cooking skills. The event was also an opportunity for the students to network with industry professionals and receive valuable feedback from the judges.
Speaking at the event, Chairman Tejinder Singh said, “It is heartening to see our students display such immense talent and passion for their craft. The Hotel Management program at IET BHADDAL Campus is designed to provide students with practical training and hands-on experience and this cookery show is a testament to the program’s success.”
Campus Director Dr. S.S Bindra, who was extremely impressed with the students’ performance. He said, “I am so proud of the hard work and dedication that our students have put into this cookery event. The dishes were not only delicious, but they were also beautifully presented and each dish showed a deep understanding of the art and science of cooking. The students truly exceeded our expectations.”
Principal Dr. Kanchan Sharma added, “I am extremely proud of our students and faculty members who organized this wonderful event. The cookery show not only provides a platform for our students to showcase their skills but also helps them develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills.”
