International Conference organized at Bela Pharmacy College

Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) Punjab and AICTE-SPICES collaborated one day international conference was held at Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (An Autonomous College), Bela near Rupnagar.This international conference was hosted on the topic Natural Products for the Treatment and Management of Dementia: Current Trends with the aid of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Machine Learning. Dr. Shailesh Sharma, director and convener of the conference welcomed all the delegates and resource persons. Around 200 delegates attended the conference.
Scientist Dr. Mandip Sachdeva from College of Pharmacy, Florida A & M University, Florida, USA makes the delegates aware about the role of exosomes in pharmaceuticals, medicines, biomarkers and as diagnostic tools.
Dr. Rajeev K. Singla, of Institutes for Systems Genetics, West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu, Sichuan (China) was keynote speaker of the conference and expressed the delegates about the recent issues, opportunities, challenges and role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the treatment of Dementia. Guest of Honor of the conference Dr. Suresh Kumar, Secretary, APTI- Punjab from Punjabi University, Patiala spoke on the herbal drugs and medicines used in the treatment of Dementia. Stage was well coordinated by Navjit Kaur and Devinder Kumar. In the end of the program organizing secretary of the conference Dr. Sandeep Kumar thanked all the resource persons, APTI team and the delegates for contributing to this conference.
