Minster threatens DSP- Go and inform High Court that Minsiter in not allowing

Punjab Civil supplies Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu once again came to lime light for obstructing in High Court orders and threatening a police officer.
In a leaked audio clip, it is alleged that he is asking the enquiry officer to not to interfere and asked him to keep himself out of his a case and his territory . When Sekhon asked him that he is just following High Court orders, Ashu said “Go and inform high court that Minister is not allowing this and if needed proceed on leave.”
Ashu’s name had recently cropped as a facilitator in procuring change of land use certificate by a Ludhiana realtor in violations of the rules and openly threatened an enquiry officer, DSP of Punjab Police Balwinder Singh Sekhon.
Sekhon submitted the audio clip to the DGP Punjab, wherein Ashu purportedly threatening him with dire consequences.
Ashu threatened DSP Balwinder Singh Sekhon who recently has submitted a report regarding illegal construction of flats- Grand Manor Homes in Ishar Singh Nagar in Ludhiana.
Punjab leader of opposition in vidhan sabha and Aam Admi Party MLA Harpal Singh Cheema condemned Bharat Bhushan Ashu act of encouraging land mafia and demanded his expulsion.
Earlier Shiromani Akali Dal district President Ranjit Singh Dhillon slammed Ashu for encouraging land mafia and demanded his expulsion.
