PSPCL’s two directors on US tour to represent Punjab for India at the USTDA

U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) Director Enoh T. Ebong had launched the Interstate Clean Energy Procurement Program (ICEPP) in New Delhi in January 2023.
ICEPP advances the development of clean energy infrastructure in eight Indian states Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal through targeted training for public procurement officials on best value and life-cycle cost analysis. USTDA is funding ICEPP through its Global Procurement Initiative (GPI).
A focus of the USTDA-funded training includes interstate collaboration for achieving each state’s respective clean energy development strategies. ICEPP includes a 10-session virtual training series, two study tours to the United States, and a virtual forum for each of the participating states. These forums will identify concrete ways to finance and implement clean energy projects in each state.
As a part of this initiative, two directors of Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) are on US tour representing Punjab for India in Interstate Clean Energy Procurement Orientation program.
Director distribution, Daljit Inder Pal Singh and director commercial Ravinder Singh Saini is representing Punjab at the India Interstate Clean Energy Procurement Orientation and is on tour to USA from October 28, 2023 to November 8,2023.
During this period, director generation Paramjit Singh is going to hold the additional charge of director distribution. Similarly, director finance Surinder Beri is going to hold the additional charge of director commercial and director HR.
