Sarkaria may get Power, Vijayinder-PWD,Balbir-Transport
It is learnt that Capt Amarinder Singh, Chief Minister of Punjab has allocated the portfolios to the MLA’s who are going to be inducted in Punjab Cabinet, today evening. The swearing-in-ceremony is going to be held today at Punjab Raj Bhawan. VP Badanor, Governor of Punjab will administer the oath to them.
As per the names clear by Congress high command the MLA’s who are going to be inducted in Punjab Cabinet includes Sukhjinder Randhawa, Vijayinder Singla, OP Soni, Sunder Sham Arora, Balbir Sidhu, Gurpreet Kangar, Sukbinder Singh Sarkaria, Rana Gurmit Sodhi, Bharat Bhushan Ashu
As per the sources Sukbinder Singh Sarkaria will get the Power and Reveune portfolio. Likewise Gurpreet Singh Kangar will be the new Irrigation Minister, Bharat Bhushan Ashu will be the new Food and Civil Supplies Minister, Sangrur MLA Vijayinder Singh who is also a close confident of Congress President will be the new PWD minister.
Sports Department will be headed by Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi. Mohali MLA Balabir Singh Sidhu will be the new Transport Minster. Sukjinder Singh Randhawa who represents Dera Baba Nanak will be the new Co-operation Minister. OP Soni from Amritsar will be the new Urban Development Minster .
