World University is organising Career Fair 2020 ; reputed companies to recruit students-VC

Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib is organising “Career Fair-2020” on March 04, 2020 at a large scale for the second time after success of “Career Fair-2019” organised last year. Dr. Pritpal Singh, Vice-Chancellor of the University in a press conference briefed that the job fair will benefit the large number of students and youngsters. He added that besides job fair, the University organises various placement drives for the University students and nearby campuses on regularly basis. He appreciated the overwhelming response to the job fair 2019. There were over 600 students from 50 colleges last year with 15 companies’ shortlisting about 120 students on a single day.
Companies from various fields like Oppo Mobile, Vivo Mobile, Jaro Education, Toppr Technologies, IDS Infotech, Bayatree Infocomm, Tiwana Oil Mill, Megastar Food, Vista Foods, Coca Cola (Bottling plant), etc. are participating to recruit the students. They will recruit the students of Post graduate & Under graduate courses in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Processing Technology), Sciences, MBA, M.Com., BBA, B.Com., MCA, BCA, Agriculture, Engineering and Diploma students. Footfall of around 1000 students from 200 Universities and Colleges of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, U.P. and Rajasthan is expected for the fair.
