For pensioners’ convenience, BBMB launches the ‘Jeevan Praman Portal

The Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has implemented a digital facility for submission of the Digital Life Certificate (DLC) by its pensioners through the Jeevan Praman Portal.
The initiative has been undertaken to provide a simple, convenient, and technology-enabled mechanism for pensioners to comply with annual life certificate requirements.
With the operationalisation of this system, pensioners can now submit their Digital Life Certificate from their residence or any convenient location using biometric authentication through the prescribed mobile application or desktop platform. This would considerably reduced the need for physical visits to offices for submission of life certificates.
All pensioners of BBMB can avail themselves of this facility and complete the submission of their Digital Life Certificate in a timely manner for uninterrupted disbursement of pension w.e.f 01.04.2026.
This step reflects BBMB’s continued efforts towards digital governance, improved service delivery, and enhanced welfare of its pensioners.
