IIFT alumnus Akashdeep shared insights of entrepreneurship with students of Govt Bikram College

The institutional Innovation council of Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organised an inspiring “Motivational session by Successful Innovators” under the guidance of College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata, an initiative by Ministry of HRD and according to the directions of Department of Higher Education under the Scheme for Career Counselling in Government colleges of Punjab.
The speaker for event was Akashdeep Goel, an Alumnus of IIFT, Delhi who shared his insights of entrepreneurship.
Goel captivated the audience by recounting his personal journey, He Highlighted the success stories of companies that began as modest startups and have evolved into major players as Zomato, Swiggy, Ola and Zero copy etc.
The event proved to be a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and networking. The motivational session organised by the members of institutional Innovation council played a vital role in providing students with opportunities to learn from accomplished professionals ensuring a dynamic and enriched learning environment. The session concluded with an interactive Q/A segment allowing 131 participants to seek further insights from Goel.
The members of Institutional Innovation Council Dr. Paramjit Kaur, Dr.Jyoti Tirthani, Dr.Rekha Rani, Dr.Reetu Kapoor, Dr.Rajni Bala and Prof.Gazal Aggarwal worked in coordination to make the event a success fostering a spirit of innovation and determination.
