DSGMC President Manjit Singh GK assaulted over Bargari incident
New York- Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjit Singh GK has claimed that he and his family along with brother Inderjit Singh, sister-in-law were attacked in New York (in USA). Manjit Singh GK is also a President of Shiromani Akali Dal, Delhi unit.
In the video that got viral, five six youths ghearoed Manjit Singh his brother and his wife and started arguing with them. The youth shouted at Manjit Singh GK, his brother that “you are responsible for babhel Kalan violence; you are responsible for Bargari incident in Punjab. You people are responsible for drug menace in Punjab”
Manjit Singh GK later tweeted a video talking about the attack on him and his family and also marked External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in his tweet. “A group of people attacked me & my relatives in New York. This will not scare me away from my path to serve the community. I have fought & I will fight till my last breath. Such cowardly incidents do not scare me,” Singh tweeted. He further said that I will fight till my last breath. Such cowardly incidents do not scare me.
