Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU), Punjab celebrated its first foundation day with fervour. University’s foundation stone was laid down by the then Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi .

Lamrin Tech Skill University (LTSU),  Punjab is first of its kind state skill university incubated by IBM as Anchor Partner, Tata Technologies & Ansys as Industry Partners and RERT as academic Partner established under under Act no of 22 of 2021 of Punjab with the investment of Rs  1630 crores.

The university is focused on skilling the youth of Punjab to provide them gainful employment .Nirmal Singh Rayat President RERT, was the chief guest on the occasion He was welcomed by Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor,  LTSU,Punjab.

Memorising the journey of University in a short span of one year Dr. Kaura shared  that university has signed MoU with ITE Singapore, Cambridge Learner Partner learner Centre, Cambridge University Press, Australian University and Institutions of repute throughout the World .Tata agreed to establish EV, CFC unit with the investment of 240 crores in University Campus, Ansys is investing 330 crores.

He further added that India is the largest young populated country, skilling is required to the young work force in India to get employable in domestic as well in foreign countries there is skill shortage in foreign countries and people are aged, university is going to set a bench mark in providing young skilled work force to foreign countries to establish India as skill capitol of the world.

Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab celebrates first Foundation Day. Cultural program was performed by students on this occasion. Cake cutting ceremony was observed.Prof. B.S.Satyal, Registrar,Satbir Singh Bajwa, Dr.Ashutosh Sharma, Dr. Jagdeep Kaur. Dr.Monika and other senior officials and students of university were present on the occasion.
