SAD leaders welcome appointment of Daljit Singh Cheema as core committee member

Leaders of Rupnagar urban Shiromani AKali Dal has thanked party president Sukhbir Singh Badal for appointing former education minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema as a member of party’s. core committee.
In a statement former municipal council Rupnagar president Parmjit Singh Makkar and senior SAD leader Gurmukh Singh Saini said that Dr. Cheema is doing great service for the party. His honesty and sweet nature are appreciated by all the people of Punjab.
They said that Dr Cheema is taking up the issues of Punjab and Punjabiyat with great courage.
They expressed the hope that Dr. Cheema would continue to serve Punjab and the country as before.
