National Youth Day Celebrated at Lamrin Tech Skills University
Bahadurjeet Singh/royalpatiala.in News/Rupnagar,January 12,2026 National Youth Day was celebrated at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab with great enthusiasm. Prof. Dr. Satyal, Registrar of the University, addressed the students and highlighted the initiatives taken by Swami Vivekanand to build a strong nation. He emphasized the importance of youth in nation-building.
Dr. Navneet Chopra, Dean, University School of Liberal Arts, urged students to take a pledge to make the campus a drug-free model for all educational institutions.
Dr. V. K. Saini, Deputy Dean, USET, also interacted with the students and motivated them to contribute positively to society.
Program Coordinator Ratan Kaur Asstt Director Youth Sevices shared that, the NSS Unit of LTSU launched a seven-day NSS camp in the adopted village Asron, providing students with an opportunity to serve society and understand social responsibilities.
Vice Chancellor Dr. A.S. Chawla and Chancellor N.S. Rayat congratulated the students on the occasion of National Youth Day and said youths are the back bone of a country so we should always do best efforts for the welfare of youths.
