Punjabi University Don of Mathematics Department makes mark at International Conference

Punjabi University’s Mathematics Department has once again proven its academic prowess as Dr. Mukhdeep Singh Manshahia received the Special Session Leadership Award from the 6th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Optimization (ICO 2023) held at G Hua Hin Resort & Mall, Hua Hin, Thailand from 27-28 April 2023.
The conference was attended by renowned researchers, scholars, and experts from all over the world who shared their knowledge and exchanged ideas on the latest research findings in intelligent computing and optimization. Dr. Mukhdeep Singh Manshahia chaired a special session and played a pivotal role in bringing together the best minds in the field.
Two researchers from the same department, Ramsagar Yadav and Abdul Majeed Ayebire, also presented their papers at the conference.
Dr. Praveen Lata, the head of the Mathematics Department, Punjabi University, Patiala praised their efforts and emphasized that their contribution would boost the research score of the department and the university.
The conference proceedings will be published by Springer and made available through Springer-Link Digital Library, one of the world’s largest scientific libraries.
ICO 2023 was organized by the International Society of Intelligent Computing and Optimization (ISICO), and several other international organizations collaborated to make it a success. The conference delved into various topics, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, optimization, and more.
